Features

Personal and shared spending, clearly organized.

Recio combines manual expense tracking, monthly budgets, shared balances, reminders, and reporting in one private iPhone app.

Track

Add expenses in seconds.

Capture only the details that matter and keep a clean, searchable history of your spending.

Manual entry

Add a merchant, amount, category, date, notes, and payment context.

Clean history

Review past expenses and find the record you need without clutter.

Edit anytime

Correct an amount, category, date, or note and keep totals accurate.

Budget

Understand the month before it ends.

See how much you have spent, where it went, and what remains without building a separate spreadsheet.

Monthly targets

Set a budget and follow progress throughout the month.

Category totals

Understand household, food, travel, personal, and other spending areas.

Clear trends

Review changes over time and identify categories that are growing or improving.

Split

Share costs your way.

Create a group for a household, partner, roommates, a trip, or a dinner and choose the split method that matches the situation.

Equal split

Divide the total evenly while keeping rounding accurate to the cent.

Percentage split

Assign percentages for income-based or agreed household contributions.

Custom amounts

Set exact shares when each person is responsible for a different amount.

Running balances

See who owes whom after multiple expenses rather than settling every purchase separately.

Settlement records

Mark a balance as settled and keep a clear history. Recio records the settlement; it does not transfer money.

Household view

Bring recurring bills and everyday shared purchases into one understandable view.

Review

Reports when you need more detail.

Turn your records into useful summaries for monthly reviews, household discussions, or personal planning.

Does Recio connect to my bank account?

No. Recio is designed for manual expense tracking and does not require bank credentials or automatic transaction syncing.

How do I correct an expense?

Open the expense from your history, select Edit, update the information, and save. Your totals and budgets should refresh automatically.

How are shared expenses divided?

Depending on the group, you can split an expense equally, by percentage, or by custom amounts. All shares must add up to the original expense total.

Does Recio send money between people?

No. Recio calculates and records balances and settlements. It does not move money, process transfers, or connect to payment accounts.

How do I restore premium access?

Open Recio Settings, select Premium, and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that completed the original purchase.

Can I use Recio without an internet connection?

Core local expense tracking may remain available offline. Features that require account verification, purchase restoration, support, or synchronization may need an internet connection.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings, select Privacy & Data, choose Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps.

What information should I avoid sending to support?

Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, bank credentials, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information.
